It may take up to 10 business days to see the funds deposited into your account. Please keep in mind, these funds are deposited on a temporary, or provisional basis while we conduct our investigation on the charges. If the investigation results with the claim in your favor and fraud is confirmed, that deposit (or deposits) become permanent. If the investigation results in the merchant's favor and fraud cannot be confirmed, the provisional credit deposit may be taken back out of your account.
